About Minick Public Relations
Mandy Minick has acquired public relations and communications acumen from nearly every angle in a career spanning more than two decades. She has been a reporter for the Warren Tribune-Chronicle covering local government and business, press secretary for the Ohio Senate, communications director for a non-profit association representing Ohio’s small businesses, and press secretary and chief communications officer for the Ohio Department of Education.
In addition to communications, Mandy has a passion for healthcare and wellbeing. She is a licensed, registered nurse who spent more than five years in patient care at Ohio State University’s James Cancer Hospital.
Since founding Minick Public Relations in 2022, Mandy has been privileged to work with more than two dozen clients ranging from public entities to private businesses, from for-profit organizations to charitable nonprofits, and from large organizations with more than 1,000 employees to one-person startups.
To Mandy, the best thing about being a business owner is having the opportunity to support those who are seeking to make a positive difference in their communities and the world.
